Chain 67x54mm with pewter pendant 110cm

Is this ladder-shaped pendant a mystical symbol? The openwork pendant, made of a metal alloy, was created using a tin centrifugal casting process. The high 92% tin content creates the antique-looking, finely dashed surface on both sides. The 67x54mm flat tin pendant is attached to a 0.8mm thin double black waxed cotton cord with an adjustable sliding knot for adjusting the length up to 110cm. Long chains make ideal sweater chains and can be worn over the head without undoing the clasp.
